Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB) Israel office, in cooperation with the Embassy of Azerbaijan to the State of Israel, held the “Azerbaijan Winter Cuisine” culinary masterclass session on January 22 in Tel Aviv.
During the masterclass, Azerbaijani dishes were prepared by Chef Moti Yevdayev, offering participants a firsthand experience of Azerbaijan’s rich culinary heritage and traditional dishes for the winter season.
Participants also became familiar with the unique flavors, ingredients, and cultural aspects of Azerbaijani cuisine and actively took part in the food preparation process.
Israeli media representatives, travel and culinary bloggers, tourism industry professionals, as well as members of the diplomatic corps accredited in the country also attended the masterclass.
