A familiarization trip, organized by Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB) from September 7–13, 2025, brought 16 leading travel companies from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan.
The aim of the trip was to present Azerbaijan’s diverse tourism offerings, with a focus on health and wellness, enhance business ties, and encourage cooperation between the travel industries of the countries.
During the visit, participants explored several regions of Azerbaijan, including Lankaran, Ganja, and Naftalan, gaining insight into the regions’ health and wellness offerings and local culture.
The B2B meeting, attended by nearly 50 local as well as companies from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, served as an important platform for establishing new business partnerships and promoting Azerbaijan as a tourism destination.
