Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB) is participating in the Seoul International Travel Fair (SITF) 2024, which is scheduled to take place from 9th to 12th May in Seoul, Korea. At the dedicated national stand, Azerbaijan showcases its diverse and captivating travel opportunities, ranging from its UNESCO sites to exhilarating hiking adventures through lush landscapes and indulgent wellness experiences at top-notch resorts. Visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in Azerbaijani culture through tastings of delightful Azerbaijani sweets.
Guests visiting the stand have the opportunity to meet with representatives from ATB and 4 industry partners, including hotels and tourism agencies. This provides an opportunity to learn more about the destination and explore collaboration opportunities.
Attendees to the stand will be introduced to Azerbaijan’s myriad attractions, including the UNESCO World Heritage sites of the Old City of Baku, the Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape, the Sheki Historic Centre and newly inscribed Khinalig village and ‘Köç Yolu’ Transhumance Route. In Azerbaijan, a culinary tapestry awaits with local wines, traditional dishes, and international cuisine. Wellness seekers will find retreats amidst serene landscapes in Gabala, Lankaran or Naftalan, while adventurers can explore hiking in Caucasus mountains, paragliding or skiing among many others.
Cosmopolitan capital Baku boosts with tapestry of city experiences, from museums and galleries, to chic bars with local wines and delicacies, to array of restaurants with traditional and international cuisines, as well as countless MICE offerings.
