ISU Junior Grand Prix in Figure Skating was held from September 24-26, 2025, at Heydar Aliyev Sports and Concert Complex in Baku.
Organized for the first time in Azerbaijan by the State Tourism Agency, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Azerbaijan Winter Sports Federation, and the International Skating Union, the Grand Prix ran over three days and brought together 92 athletes from 38 countries.
ISU President Jae Youl Kim, who participated in the event, expressed his gratitude with its organization in such a dynamically developing country. He emphasized that the Grand Prix would promote figure skating in the region, strengthen sporting ties between nations, and pave the way for Azerbaijan to host larger international competitions in the future.
The event highlighted the skill and artistry of young male and female skaters, who captivated audiences with their short programs and pairs free dance performances, culminating in a memorable display of Azerbaijan’s rising prominence in winter sports.
