The Front Office Skills programme will ensure that you have the skills required to provide front office support in an effective and professional manner. Time management skills, interpersonal communication and general office administration are integral components of this role.
The Housekeeping Course will explain the duties required to ensure that guests can enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay. You will also learn about the skills, behaviour and attitude required of housekeeping staff when carrying out their duties.
This programme is designed for advanced level chefs (practicing chefs) who want to improve their cooking and food preparation skills, understand the requirements of catering to unique tastes and learn how to cook to a professional standard.
