Arabian Travel Market is the market-leading international travel and tourism event that unlocks business potential within the Middle East for inbound and outbound tourism professionals. ATM 2023 will allow international and local participants to explore new trends, opportunities for growth and innovation. The 30th edition of the trade fair will feature over 3,000 products, tourism attractions, and exciting destination offers by leaders in accommodation and hospitality in interactive pavilions throughout the venue. ATM Dubai 2023 will offer various special events, including live demonstrations, seminars and workshops. ATM Dubai will be held in Dubai over four days on 1-4 May 2023.

Due to the limited capacity of info counters at each exhibition, Azerbaijan Tourism Board (“ATB”) reserves the right to select the final list of participants based on the following criteria:

  1. First come first served;
  2. Involvement level in the respective market’s activities;
  3. Other information relevant to the market.
  4. Membership in professional tourism association (ATAA, AHA, etc.)
  • The final list of confirmed stand partners will be communicated directly and each partner will receive the confirmation letter.
  • Upon the receipt of the confirmation letter each stand partner has to sign the agreement on “Exhibition Services”. Should the stand partner fail to provide any of the abovementioned criteria, ATB reserves the right to assign the info counter to a different company from the waiting list.
  • Companies that didn’t receive confirmation letter but filled out the online registration will remain in the waiting list.
  • The online registration for the trade event doesn’t guarantee the participation, unless the company receives the confirmation letter on participation from ATB. Thus ATB does not bear any responsibility for booked flights, hotels etc.
  • Participation fee for attending international tourism exhibitions may differ depending on particular event and will be communicated in advance.

The participation fee for the event is 3000 AZN (VAT excluded).

Note: If you complete the registration, you will receive a letter confirming the registration within the next 30 minutes. This is not a confirmation of participation in the exhibition. If you do not receive a letter confirming the registration, please re-register.
